We are a specialist nursery for ornamental grasses, coloured leaved and variegated plants ranging from alpines to large shrubs. We have a mail order service or you can visit us at our beautiful nursery in North Norfolk. The nursery is open to visitors from 10am to 4pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each week from the beginning of April until mid October and at other times by appointment. Hoecroft Plants gives the enthusiast the chance to see mature plants of many varieties growing in a large number of display beds. These were created by Jane from a field and are now coming into their fifteenth year. The mixed planting schemes illustrate how colour, shape and form can be created with very little emphasis on blooms by the use of ornamental grasses. This group of plants harmonise perfectly with the main structural variegated and coloured leaved plants. Jane has turned a passion for gardening into a successful business and over the fifteen years of running Hoecroft Plants has enthusiastically promoted the use of ornamental grasses and foliage plants in a variety of garden settings. We are happy to advise and help in the planning of new beds and for local customers will undertake the planting out if required. An added bonus is the interesting architecture and history of Severals Grange and its barns. One of which has been converted into a cosy holiday cottage sleeping four people.
