The Plantsman's Preference is a specialist nursery with extensive collections of Hardy Geraniums, Ornamental Grasses, Sedges and Rushes (several hundred of each) and a wide selection of unusual perennials.

Including many Achillea, Aster, Iris (Bearded, Sibirian, Spuria and other species) and Sanguisorba.

We also grow our pick of the best of the recent varieties of Heuchera, x Heucherella and Tiarella alongside an extensive range of woodland plants and shade lovers. These include a good range of Anemone nemorosa cultivars, Dicentra, Tricyrtis and Vinca as well as rarities like Maianthemum chasmanthum and Disporopsis aspera.

You will also find many foliage and variegated plants such as Anaphalis triplinervis CC1620 (with broader silver foliage), Ajuga reptans ‘Black Scallop’ (new dark leafed, big form), Sedum rupestre ‘Angelina’ (golden yellow foliage) and Armeria maritima ‘Rubrifolia’ (rich purple foliage).

The National Plant Collection® of Molinia is held by Tim Fuller and the plants are grown in the nursery stock beds. We have planted extensive stock beds (over one acre) so that you can see more mature specimens of many of the plants in our range.

Mail Order and Export within the EU is offered from February to November using eitherParcelForce. We pride ourselves on high quality packing and a high rate of availability. We attend many plant sales and shows within East Anglia and London and can take orders to most of these given a day or two notice.

Directions:

From the A1066 turn north in South Lopham into Church Road. You will see the church on your left. Turn right 60m after the church at the end of a copper beech hedge. Parking and the entrance are signed.
From the north (Kenninghall and North Lopham), on Church Road turn left immediately before the speed limit signs.
Watch out for large farm vehicles in the yard.
